Innovacera’s metallised ceramic rings are used in image intensifier tubes for night vision equipment and other instruments.

Specifications:
-High purity alumina ceramics-95-96% alumina.
-Metallization-Mo/Mn metallized with Nickel plating.
-Customised sizes and metallisation patterns available.

Four ceramic rings are used in one image intensifier tube.
Each metalized ceramic ring serves not only as a part of the electrode conductive path, but also as a mechanical positioning and vacuum holding function. The rings are often precisely bonded through brazing or metal support structures to form a cylindrical main structure.
