YOEC Successfully Holds Internal Trainer Appointment Ceremony
On December 23, 2025, Yangtze Optical Electronic Co., Ltd. (YOEC) successfully held its Internal Trainer Appointment Ceremony under the theme “Empowering Knowledge, Showcasing Teaching Excellence.” Mr. Pi Yabin, Chairman and President of YOEC, together with members of the management team, attended the event and witnessed this important moment of both honor and responsibility alongside 24 newly appointed internal trainers.
At the opening of the ceremony, Mr. Pi delivered three key messages to the new trainers. First, drawing inspiration from the saying “Among any three people, there must be one I can learn from,” he encouraged everyone to actively learn from outstanding colleagues and practitioners, growing together through mutual learning and shared experience. Second, he emphasized YOEC’s continued commitment to building a learning-oriented organization, integrating learning into work, daily life, and social interaction, and fostering a comprehensive learning ecosystem that embodies the philosophy of lifelong learning. Third, he called on trainers to break boundaries and embrace unlimited growth, moving beyond traditional limitations of specialization or age, making full use of YOEC’s internal practice platforms and external high-quality resources, boldly exploring cross-disciplinary opportunities, and achieving personal value enhancement in an open and inclusive learning environment.
Mr. Pi noted that YOEC’s future development requires long-term dedication to an open and learning-oriented organizational culture. The company has already made significant investments in building a first-class R&D center in Wuhan and will continue to upgrade its hardware and software platforms as well as its management systems, providing a strong stage for talent development. He stressed that the talent strategy is the core of YOEC’s “second phase of entrepreneurship.” As key drivers of knowledge transfer and capability empowerment, internal trainers will distill and pass on the company’s core expertise while accurately addressing team development needs, thereby cultivating versatile talent and injecting strong momentum into YOEC’s growth and value expansion.
The appointment ceremony then formally commenced. Company leaders presented appointment certificates to the newly appointed trainers. Each certificate represents not only trust and recognition, but also the formal assumption of responsibility for knowledge sharing, skills development, and cultural transmission—positioning the trainers as a vital bridge between corporate strategy and employee growth.
In the final session, Dr. Gao Wei, a representative of the newly appointed trainers, delivered a keynote sharing titled “Empowering Practice with Theory, Connecting the World through English.” He outlined three key plans: integrating theoretical knowledge more deeply with frontline engineering experience to address practical gaps; enhancing team communication skills through English-based instruction to support YOEC’s international development; and launching courses on optical waveguide theory and fiber optics to provide advanced technical support for YOEC’s specialty optical fiber R&D. His sincere and forward-looking presentation demonstrated both responsibility and commitment, resonating strongly with the audience.
The successful conclusion of the Internal Trainer Appointment Ceremony not only marks the establishment of a high-quality internal teaching team at YOEC, but also highlights the company’s firm commitment to empowering growth through learning and driving development through talent.
