The biomass shredding pretreatment equipment we built in the Pakistani power plant has been operating stably for 2 consecutive years. Up to now, the overall operation of the project is stable.
Project Information
This bomass shredder machine production line adopts a two-stage double-shaft shredder treatment process. The material is fed into the metal chain conveyor through a grabber. The metal chain conveyor feeds the material evenly into the first-stage double-shaft shredder, and then transports it to the second-stage fine crusher through a belt conveyor. Finally, the biomass straw is crushed to ≤50mm. The entire production line adopts Zhongan Environmental Protection’s intelligent control system, intelligent detection, intelligent maintenance, and automatic lubrication, which is safe and efficient.
