Processing Process: Large, cut, retired wind turbine blades are fed to the wind turbine blade shredder via a conveyor. Metal objects are then removed by a magnetic separator. The wind turbine blade shredder reduces the size to 10-20mm. Balsa wood and resin are then separated by a sorting machine. Finally, the wind turbine blade mill grinds the blades into a 10-80 mesh powder.
Environmental Protection and Safety Measures: The entire retired wind turbine blade processing system is equipped with a negative pressure dust suppression system, an intelligent fire protection system, an environmental noise reduction system, and an intelligent operation and maintenance system.
