Enclosures and cabinets of häwa offer UL-approval
The UL50/UL50E standard offers in comparison to the also common standard UL508A the advantage that it includes a broader range of requirements in application. The standard UL50/UL50E is not only directed to the requirements of „industrial (commercial) operating units“, just as the standard UL508A, but defines „enclosures for electrical equipment”. That is important, since only through the precise definition of the electrical components used inside the enclosure, a correspondent end-product standard finds its application. Thus, enclosures and cabinets with an UL50/UL50E approval can be used in a broader range of applications.
