Additional energy options: Baoli now offers its new KBE 25-35 models with lithium-ion technology

Milan, 20 July 2023 - Baoli, the forklift truck manufacturer that is part of the KION Group, recently presented its new KBE 25-35 electric forklift series for the first time during the LogiMAT trade fair in Stuttgart, Germany.

The feedback from trade fair visitors was overwhelming. Now the manufacturer, which has the best overall package for simple and everyday operating conditions, is taking a step further: the trucks in the new KBE family are also available with lithium-ion batteries.

Thanks to their load capacities of 2.5 t to 3.5 t, the robust e-trucks in the KBE series are suitable for almost all industries - from retail to production operations, warehouses, or agriculture. "In terms of quality and reliability, we are thus offering our customers a new reference in our market segment with the right level of performance for them” says Francesco Pampuri, Brand Management Director at Baoli EMEA.

The safe and robust forklift family is now also available with Li-ion batteries

Until now, the forklifts in the Baoli KBE family were powered exclusively by 80 Volt lead batteries with a capacity of 360 - 450 Ah for the 2.5 ton models and 500 - 600 Ah for the 3.0 and 3.5 ton models. From now on, the KBE range of forklifts is also available with optional Li-ion batteries: the KBE 25Li G1 is offered with an 80 Volt 277 Ah Li-ion battery, the KBE 30-35Li G1 with an 80 Volt 412 Ah Li-ion battery. Francesco Pampuri: "With this new energy option, we make the decision even easier for our customers. After all, we know very well what our customers need. We offer them simple, safe, and robust trucks without unnecessary extras that are perfectly suited to their areas of application. With the introduction of Li-ion batteries, we can meet very specific customer needs and thus increase customer satisfaction even further."

Li-ion technology is definitely worth considering

With maintenance-free Li-ion technology, very fast charging times are possible, allowing continuous use of the forklifts even over several shifts and without longer charging breaks. Also, frequent intermediate charging does not stress the batteries, and in addition, decentralized recharge is possible. Up to 2.500 charging cycles are possible with one battery. Baoli EMEA always prioritizes safety: "All our well-engineered trucks have a CE mark to confirm their safety. Baoli forklifts are built to KION's high-quality standards, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation for our customers ", says Francesco Pampuri.

Delivery from stock and dense dealer network

Baoli trucks are available directly from European stock, increasing customers' flexibility. Added to this is the dense global dealer network.
