Baoli introduces the KBET 15-20Li electric forklift series to enhance manoeuvrability and efficiency

Milan, 11 July 2024 – Baoli, the forklift truck manufacturer that is part of the KION Group, launches the KBET 15-20Li electric forklift series. This new series features advanced lithium-ion battery technology and is designed for optimal performance in tight spaces.

Perfect for confined spaces

The KBET 15Li, KBET 18Li, and KBET 20Li, with load capacities from 1.5 to 2.0 tons and lifting height of up to 6.5 meters, are ideal for operations in the areas with tight turning capabilities. Thanks to three-wheel design and compact chassis these electric forklifts provide a turning radius of just 1.6 meters. This makes them effective in narrow aisle applications and confined warehouse environments.

Efficient lithium-Ion technology

Equipped with 80 V / 228 Ah lithium-ion battery, the KBET series offers fast charging and the ability of frequent intermediate charges without stressing the battery. This ensures increased availability and extends operating time. The maintenance-free lithium-ion batteries emit no hazardous gases, providing a safer work environment.

Reliable performance and sustainability

The KBET 15-20 Li series is powered by two front electric motors and an AC technology lifting motor for reliable operation and improved energy consumption. Equipped with wet brakes, these forklifts require significantly less maintenance compared to drum-brake trucks. The electric forklifts of this series have a very good travel speed and the ability to handle steep ramps. All these advantages of KBET 15-20 Li reflect Baoli’s commitment to sustainable and efficient performance.

Focus on safety and operator comfort

Designed with a driver safety and comfort in mind, the KBET forklifts feature a metal grid step and large handle for safe entry and exit. An electronic forward/reverse switch provides easy direction changes. A rear handhold with an integrated horn ensures safe reversing, and a foot-activated parking brake simplifies access and operation. For driver comfort, the KBET range is also equipped with two storage compartments, USB ports and a colour display that provides all essential information needed for efficient operation.
