Flow indicator for hose connections
Visual indication of the flow velocity of liquids or gases
Flow indicators give precise visual indication of the flow velocity of liquids or gases being transported through hose connections. Wherever liquids or gas are conveyed through hose lines, Bürkle flow indicators enable reliable flow control. The flow indicators with impeller function in both flow directions and in any installation position. They can be used for hoses with an inner diameter of 6-11 mm and can be loaded up to a maximum pressure of 2 bar. The polypropylene (PP) impeller rotates with liquids from approx. 150 ml/min. The flow monitors are available with a blue, red or black impeller and in two materials:
LiquiMobil flow indicator made of SAN is mainly suitable for cooling systems and helps to reduce water consumption considerably because the cooling water flow can be adjusted better. Not suitable for aggressive substances. Operating temperature max. +30°C.
CheMobil made of PMP/TPX can be used for many substances due to its good chemical resistance. Not suitable for strong acids, alkalis and solvents. Operating temperature max. +60°C. CheMobil can be steam sterilised.
