New Infrared Temperature Sensor for Semiconductors and Metals Can Measure As Low As 350°C
The new Calex PyroMini 0.9 infrared pyrometer can view through a quartz or glass window into a vacuum chamber, and measure the temperature of the surface of a silicon wafer inside. Models are available with temperature ranges from 350°C to 2000°C, and the low 350°C to 800°C temperature range allows new opportunities for temperature measurement and control in silicon wafer processing.
Measurements are stable and repeatable, and can be taken continuously for long periods, with a fast response time of just 240 ms. With the optional MicroSD Card installed, over a year of data can be logged, with readings as often as one sample per second.
The PyroMini 0.9''s short-wavelength detector provides the highest possible accuracy, ensuring that any error in emissivity setting or any change in emissivity has the very minimum effect on the reading.
