Started in February 2013, with an investment of 400 000 k€, the construction of EDF’s training center and R&D ends. Spread over 120 000 m2, the 78 000 m² of EDF LAB SACLAY will welcome 1400 researchers.
Designed by the French architect Francis Soler, 4 circular buildings with various features and sizes, perfect blend me-tal and glass envelopes. They are called: EMERAUDE, AZUR, OPALE and IROISE, referring to the French coast.
