Capsule slip rings series (ACN/BCN/CCN/DCN Series)
1.Capsule slip ring is designed for mounting on a sleeve type bracket.
2.Rotor must be connected via flexible connection (like rubber pipe or spiral pipe) to
drive concentrically.Rotor lead wire can be the drive under a certain rotation speed.
3.Screw with washer is used for install slip ring.Do not fasten these washers too tight.
4.Slip ring can not bear the weight from the connected equipment.The rotating
equipment should be fixed firmly to avoid its weight to be imposed on the slip ring rotor part.
5.To avoid the dust and moisture invade slip ring.If it is used outdoor,there should mount protection cover on the slip ring.
6.Protect all lead wires are not damaged during equipment rotation.All lead wire can not bear weight when aligning lead wires.
7.Be careful not to damage the lead wire surface when connecting the wire ends.
