General Description:
The GLRoad Transformer Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) is capable of monitoring and analyzing nine types of dissolved gases in transformer oil, featuring high measurement accuracy, high reliability, real-time monitoring, and maintenance-free operation.
By utilizing semiconductor lasers and laser spectroscopy technology, the device significantly improves the gas monitoring performance in transformer oil, markedly enhances the detection rate of incipient faults in main transformers, and thus reduces fault occurrence rates and operation and maintenance costs.
Meanwhile, it adopts a targeted optimal design for the common leakage problem of oil and gas circuits to improve reliability, and also has the advantages of no carrier gas replacement required and maintenance-free operation.

•Comprehensive Component Monitoring of Fault Gases in Transformer Oil
Laser photoacoustic spectroscopy is used to analyze and detect the contents of multiple fault gas components including CO, CO₂, CH₄, C₂H₄, C₂H₆ and C₂H₂. An oil-immersed sensor is adopted for direct measurement of H₂ content, with the expandable capability to measure the contents of N₂ and O₂ in oil.
•Precision Testing with Narrow Bandwidth
A multi-in-one laser light source with narrow linewidth is adopted, eliminating the need for optical filtering. When detecting mixed fault gases, it can accurately avoid cross-interference, featuring high measurement accuracy and excellent repeatability.
•Electrically Modulated Laser Prevents Mechanical Structure Malfunctions
The laser is driven by electrical signals to generate pulsed optical signals, which replaces the modulation disk of the traditional infrared light source photoacoustic spectroscopy system, reduces mechanical vibration and wear, and lowers the equipment failure rate.
•No Carrier Gas Required, Maintenance-Free, Installation Without Power Outage
Oil samples are taken directly through the oil sampling port, and returned to the oil tank after analysis is completed, enabling power-free installation. No carrier gas is required during operation. The built-in calibration unit allows automatic recalibration, realizing true maintenance-free operation.
•Constant-pressure and Constant-temperature Vacuum Degassing
Safe and reliable, it features high degassing efficiency and consistency. The degassed oil sample does not come into contact with external air, realizing "zero" contamination and "zero" loss of the oil sample, which ensures the safety of transformer oil return.
•Valve Block Type Pipeline Connection
The oil and gas circuits are connected internally via valve blocks, which reduces external connecting pipelines, lowers the risks of oil and gas leakage, and ensures a compact size and a neat layout.
