The excessive volume of iron chips has become a major problem, and the enterprise urgently needs to purchase an iron chip briquetting machine to reduce the occupied area and separate and collect the cutting oil from the waste chips.

After multiple communications and on-site surveys with the customer to fully understand their needs and pain points, ENERPAT recommended a complete set of iron chip processing solutions: AGV Trolley + Feeding Elevator + BM-1090 Iron Chip Briquetting Machine + Central Feeding Silo + Discharging Conveyor + Cutting Fluid Purification and Collection Tank.
First, after confirming the needs with the customer, we invited the customer to send samples to our company for free actual material testing to ensure that the solution is fully applicable. The production line is equipped with AGV trolley for automatic feeding, elevator for automatic loading, and silo for material storage, which can process iron chips automatically at fixed time and quantity, realizing fully automatic operation from feeding to briquetting. After iron chip briquetting, the workshop occupied area is significantly reduced. The entire processing line adopts an integral sealed design and is equipped with 3 liquid collection devices, ensuring no leakage of waste liquid and iron chips during the whole production process. The oil content of the briquettes is below 5%, and there is no dripping when standing still, which ensures the cleanliness of the production environment and the passing of environmental inspections.

1. Space Saving
After briquetting, the compression ratio of iron chips is 10:1, which saves 90% of the workshop area and facilitates the stacking, recycling and transportation of the factory.

After compression, the cutting oil can be squeezed out from the iron chips. The oil content of the briquettes is below 5%, with no dripping when standing still. At the same time, the cutting lubricating oil is collected centrally for secondary use, realizing resource reuse and environmental protection.
