1. MSA-F800 Single Shaft Shredder
It crushes clumped/filamentous high-temperature alloy chips to facilitate subsequent briquetting. The customer’s output requirement is 10t/12h, so we recommended this model 800, with a screen size of 40mm and a maximum hourly output of 1.6t, which can meet the customer’s output requirements.
2. ED-600 Deoiler
Since the customer’s high-temperature alloy chips contain cutting fluid, we equipped a deoiler that can deoil and spin-dry the waste chips, effectively separating the attached cutting fluid. It has many advantages such as large single feeding capacity, clean spun chips, and thorough solid-liquid separation, with a maximum deoiling rate of over 98%.
3. BM-5012 Briquetting Machine
This is a model 5012 briquetting machine, specially designed for high-temperature alloy chips. It has a pressure of 500t, which can compress high-temperature alloy chips into compact round cakes, with a maximum hourly output of 500kg and a cake diameter of 120mm.
4. Waste Liquid Collection Tank
It performs simple filtration of cutting fluid/oil, adopts a secondary filter screen design to recover the cutting fluid, and automatically pumps the fluid when the cutting fluid reaches the liquid level scale.
