DRAIN CC 200 EL

DRAIN CC 200 EL is the new patented ductile iron drainage channel by Fonderie Belli S.p.A., designed to offer an efficient, safe, and easy-to-install drainage system.
Made from EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron, compliant with EN 1563:2018, it ensures a breaking strength exceeding 400 kN (40 tons). The product fully complies with load class D400 as per EN 124:2015, making it suitable for roads, roundabouts, and industrial areas.

FRAME WITH SIDE DRAINAGE:
The single-cast frame is designed to improve flow efficiency through specific lateral slots. These channels allow water absorbed directly from the porous asphalt to be conveyed into the drainage channel, facilitating discharge into the underlying system. An effective system that enhances the drainage capacity of the road surface.

GRATING: SLIP-RESISTANT AND SELF-CLEANING
The flat rectangular grating features parallel slots that allow water to pass through. The top surface is designed with slip-resistant and self-cleaning features to prevent clogging from leaves, paper, or debris accumulation.

BOLT-FREE LOCKING: SNAP-IN SYSTEM
A distinctive feature of DRAIN CC 200 EL is its bolt-free fastening system. Locking is achieved via a spring bar on one side of the grating and two slots for dowels on the other. This snap-in system ensures:
