The MACHINED FACE F900 inspection cover, made of ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7, is engineered to deliver superior performance under extreme load conditions.
Compliant with EN 1563:2018 and EN 124:2015, it provides a breaking strength exceeding 900 kN (F900 class) and 400 kN (D400 class), making it ideal for airports, ports, and heavy industrial zones.

Modular frame with machined surfaces
The frame is composed of multiple elements, each milled on contact and support surfaces to ensure maximum precision and stability.
All parts are assembled with bolts to form a customized single frame, depending on the required dimensions.
Inside the frame, seats for steel beams are integrated to enhance rigidity and long-term performance.

Hot-dip galvanized steel beams
The internal steel beams, manufactured with hot-dip galvanization, offer excellent corrosion resistance and ensure a uniform load distribution across wide areas.

The rectangular or square covers are milled on all contact surfaces to achieve a watertight, tolerance-free closure.
Covers are interchangeable, allowing quick maintenance and replacement.
