High-performance F900 inspection cover with EPDM gasket for maximum stability and watertight protection.

The DESERT LINE F900 inspection manhole cover is made of ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7, compliant with EN 1563:2018 and EN 124:2015 standards.
It is designed to withstand loads over 900 kN (90 tons), meeting the F900 load class for areas subject to extreme stress, such as airports, ports, and heavy traffic zones.

Frame

The square-shaped frame includes an internal groove for an EPDM gasket, ensuring an effective double seal system that guarantees watertight closure.
Its corners are equipped with dedicated seats for fixing screws, securing the cover tightly in position.
The outer flanged and cellular surface enhances grip with the cement mortar and allows the installation of anchoring devices for improved stability.

Cover

The square cover fits into the frame in a single fixed position, ensuring perfect alignment and maximum stability thanks to an insertion depth of over 50 mm.
An EPDM gasket, positioned in a groove along the support area, provides complete sealing.
The locking system with stainless steel screws offers additional watertight protection and prevents unwanted openings.
The cover can be opened by inserting dedicated lifting keys into the blind holes on the top surface.

Surface Design and Safety

The non-slip upper surface is engineered to ensure complete water drainage, preventing the accumulation of water or ice.
This design ensures safe, long-lasting performance in outdoor and industrial environments exposed to heavy loads and adverse weather conditions.
