AIRPARK GRANDI LUCI F900 – High-performance ductile iron inspection manhole cover
Reliability and safety for heavy-duty areas
The AIRPARK GRANDI LUCI F900 inspection cover is designed to ensure maximum strength, durability, and safety in areas exposed to extreme loads such as airports, ports, industrial zones, and heavy pavements.
Manufactured in ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7, in compliance with EN 1563:2018, it guarantees a breaking load over 900 kN (F900 class) and 600 kN (E600 class) according to EN 124:2015.
Frame: strength and long-term stability
The rectangular single-cast frame ensures exceptional stability through a metal-to-metal three-point contact, with no gaskets required.
The external structure includes ribs and slots to optimize cement mortar adhesion and allow for anchoring device installation.
The hinge seating of the cover is obtained directly through the casting process, ensuring precision and long service life.
Servo-assisted covers with integrated safety
The triangular covers, hinged to the frame, are gas-spring assisted, allowing operation by a single worker while significantly reducing effort.
The 110° maximum opening provides easy access for inspection and maintenance.
The stainless steel locking system, operated by a special-section key, prevents unauthorized opening and doubles as a convenient handle for lifting and closing.
The upper surface is non-slip and designed for optimal water drainage, preventing ice formation.
