Developed by Fonderie Belli, the CRF F900 inspection cover represents the next generation of access covers designed for areas exposed to extremely high loads such as ports, airports, and industrial zones.
Manufactured in ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7, compliant with EN 124:2015 – Class F900, it offers a load-bearing capacity exceeding 900 kN (90 tons) while ensuring perfect fit and noiseless operation.

Precision Modular Frame

The cast frame, assembled with bolts, allows for continuous modular configurations to meet a wide range of installation requirements.
All contact surfaces are machined to guarantee an exact coupling between frame and cover, eliminating any gap.
With a 150 mm height and integrated levelling screws, it ensures precise installation and long-term stability.

Recessed Cover: Tight and Silent

The ductile iron cover is engineered to provide maximum stability and noise reduction.
Machined contact surfaces, combined with a grease film and locking screws, ensure a watertight system.
The 80 mm deep recessed tray can be filled with concrete or other materials for a seamless integration with the surrounding surface.
