The immersion levels are one of the product ranges of which F.lli Giacomello is most proud. These are quality items, resistant, precise and designed to meet the most varied customer needs.

In particular, the IEG-MVF are built to guarantee with maximum safety the minimum and empty levels of liquids in the tanks, hydraulic power packs containing mineral oils with viscosity not higher than 80 ° E and for all non-corrosive and flammable liquids.

The minimum and empty levels are used to have a double alarm signal at a predetermined distance. The first is normally used to signal the approach of the lack of liquid; the second can be used as a machine stop or other.

Both contacts are activated by a single float and can be at least 25 mm apart. Furthermore the signals can be (in the absence of liquid) activated consecutively (they close) or deactivated (they open). The same concept can be applied for maximum level control (max. And extra max.).

The indicator must be assembled in a vertical position, with the warning that the float is away from ferrous surfaces (walls, tanks, etc.) minimum 35mm.

The flange seal is guaranteed by a flat oil-resistant synthetic rubber seal for IEG - MVF and OR for IEG - MVT.

On request it is possible to have the product totally in AISI 316 stainless steel.
