For a more reliable and efficient filling
Fricke filling systems optimize the coating production at Weilburger
The WEILBURGER Graphics GmbH in Gerhardshofen, part of the Weilburger Group, optimizes the coating filling process with state-of-the-art production equipment from FRICKE. Since 2010, they have been using automatic and semi-automatic systems to fill their products more efficiently and safely. These systems allow for the quick and ergonomic handling of coatings in batch sizes of up to 30 cubic meters. In addition, they have been investing in fully automatic AFS 22 systems since 2013, which can fill and seal containers of up to 15,000 kg of coating in less than four hours. The different modules of the system also allow for the containers to be labeled and palletized directly, making them ready for shipping. The collaboration with Fricke is characterized by competence, cooperation, and trust, which has enabled the seamless integration of the systems into the production process.
