Efficient dosing systems for fragrances and flavors at EFF
Fricke Abfülltechnik GmbH & Co. KG and European Flavours & Fragrances PLC (EFF) have intensified their collaboration in the field of dosing technology to increase productivity and efficiency. EFF, specialized in scents and flavors for perfumes and body care products, was looking for ways to reduce manual dosing. Fricke, known for dosing systems, offered the perfect solution. Since the first dosing system from Fricke in 2009, EFF has benefited from precise and automated dosing processes that ensure consistent quality and high safety standards.
EFF has continuously invested in Fricke systems, which achieve faster production times, increased output, and improved efficiency with precise mixtures and automated processes. The Dosingstar processes 700 raw materials and achieves 360 dosages per hour. Equipped with Fricke valve technology, the Dosingstar guarantees highly precise dosages as well as protection against cross-contamination.
