Hit in Brazil – FRIMO is delivering extensive production equipment to the automotive industry

The FRIMO specialists at the German location in Freilassing take over the technical development and project responsibility. The equipment will be constructed in FRIMO`s own production site in Hungary. At the first step, the surfaces for the instrument panel of a new vehicle generation will be produced in brazil by use of a thermoforming tool which will also be supplied by FRIMO.

Due to the universal applicability of this machine, other molded or laminating parts can be made by use of the IMG process.

The In Mould Graining (IMG) process offers the advantages of thermoforming while meeting all equirements for an optimal surface – with no grain stretch. Start of production in Brazil will be at the beginning of 2015.
