Stamping Processing

Stamping processing is to use the power of conventional or special stamping equipment, so that the plate is directly subjected to the deformation force and deformation in the mold, so as to obtain a certain shape, size and performance of the product

Sheet material, die and equipment are three elements of stamping process. Stamping is a kind of metal cold deformation processing method. Therefore, it is called cold stamping or sheet stamping, or stamping for short. It is one of the main methods of metal plastic processing (or pressure processing), and also belongs to the material forming engineering technology.

1.Separation process: it is a process that separates the stamping parts and the sheet material along a certain contour line in the stamping process.

2.Forming process: the blank produces plastic deformation under the condition of not being destroyed to form the required shape and dimensional accuracy of the parts.

The die used by stamping is called stamping die, or punching die for short. Die is the material (metal or non-metal) batch processing into the required punching parts of the special tools. Die in the stamping is very important, there is no meet the requirements of the die, the batch stamping production is difficult to carry out; Without advanced die, advanced stamping process can not be realized. Stamping process and die, stamping equipment and stamping materials constitute three elements of stamping processing, only they can be combined with each other to get stamping parts.
