Stamping and cutting process

Accurate and efficient! Stamping and cutting technology leads the innovation trend in manufacturing industry

Punch cutting is a cutting method achieved by a stamping process, which is unique in that it uses a specially designed die to divide the material into the desired shape while applying pressure. This cutting method is suitable for a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, rubber, etc., making it widely used in the automotive, electronics, aerospace, home appliances and other fields.

According to the cutting requirements, we first design a suitable stamping die (the die is usually composed of an upper die and a lower die, and the gap between the upper die and the lower die forms the required cutting shape). Determine the material type, thickness, shape, etc. to cut. Suspend the appropriate punch and die. Place the material to be cut on the lower die, making sure that the material is aligned with the die and fixed. We want to ensure that the material is positioned stably during the cutting process. Then you can start the punching machine, and through the lower pressure of the upper die, the upper die presses down and exerts an impact on the material, cutting the cutting edge of the upper die into the material. After the cutting is completed, the upper mold and the lower mold are separated, and the cut parts are taken out, and then the mold, punch and work area are cleaned and maintained. Quality inspection is required after cutting is completed.

The stamping and cutting process generally enables efficient and precise cutting operations, especially for high-volume production, such as manufacturing metal parts, electronic components, etc.
