Pneumatic profile clamping shafts - long-lasting and super light.

Especially in the packaging industry where frequent roll changes are the norm, relying on lightweight aluminium clamping shafts pays off. Although rugged steel shafts hold larger loads, they are very difficult to handle for most users.

Also, one should not underestimate the load capacity of aluminium clamping shafts. For example, a 6" clamping shaft can be loaded with up to 2t without any problems and weighs only a fraction of a solid steel shaft.

Our pneumatic clamping shaft profiles can be individually equipped with different clamping bars, filling valves and bearing journals and are available for 3", 4", 6" and 8" sleeves. The clamping elements are continuous bars, which can be made on request in rubber-steel, rubber, aluminium or S-green. The construction with continuous bars is particularly sleeve-friendly, and thus provides an additional advantage to shafts with individual thrust pieces.

The modular structure of a profile shaft enables us to offer a delivery time of just 2 weeks for standard bearing journals. And in terms of price, you can estimate up to 70% less cost than a conventional steel shaft.
