Cosmetic Foundation Hardness Test

This video shows compression testing of cosmetic foundation to test its hardness for quality control and R&D purpose using IMADA Force-displacement Measurement Unit FSA series and pin gauge PG series.

To evaluate the hardness of cosmetic foundation to achieve the ideal quality, its hardness can be evaluated using IMADA force measurement solutions. You can set the amount of compression (how deep to push into the foundation) and the test results are presented in graphs. Hardness of the foundation can be analyzed by comparing test results of different test speed, different samples, etc.
