IMADA Texture analyzer, FRTS in the video preinstalls a test program to evaluate food samples whether they meet the requirements of Universal Design Food. Also the program automatically categorizes the samples according to the sample hardness. The measurement instruction is displayed in the touch panel by each step, which guides the tester without hustle.
