Food Texture Analyzer with high measuring accessibility
IMADA, Japanese Force Measuring Instrument Manufacturer, is released NEW item, Food Texture Analyzer FRTS series. It performs professional food texture analysis with the high accuracy 0.2%F.S. and 1000Hz sampling rate. Also, the included software automatically draws a graph during the measurement and calculates the important factors of food texture such as gumminess, elasticity, tackiness, etc. (Depends on the measuring method).
Moreover, FRTS series has excellent operability. You can intuitively operate with the operational panel adopting a color touch screen. You simply select from over 100 equipped preset conditions to decide the measuring condition. The conditions are selectable from Food or Standard such as bread, noodle, fruit, meat, ISO, etc. After selecting the item, you enable to perform the measurement setup, following the guidance on the operational panel. The selected condition is adjustable according to your needs. You can recall and use anytime the adjusted condition after registering to Favorite (registers up to 6 conditions). NO OTHER Food Texture Analyzer has such measuring accessibility.
