Our comprehensive dosing and packaging line, precisely designed for screws and dowels, ensures every box meets the stringent standards defined by our customers.

Products are collected in vibrating hoppers and transported to our dosing machines, the MCWS2 models, via belt conveyors. These machines perform both weight and count selections with exceptional accuracy, ensuring each box receives the exact dose of screws or dowels.

After dosing, our vertical cartoning machine, the CTV1000, takes over, meticulously closing each box with interlocking flaps at the bottom and sealing them with hot-melt glue on the top, ensuring both security and durability.

In the final stage, each box is meticulously checked by our belt checkweigher, which quickly identifies any deviations from our fixed standards. Boxes that meet our criteria are promptly labelled, while those that fall short are swiftly rejected, ensuring only the highest quality products reach your hands.
