Core of the system: CWS dosing unit
The CWS features a vibrating feed hopper and dosing belt that transport the discs to a high-precision weighing cell. Vibrating channels regulate product flow, delivering accurate doses while minimizing product loss and downtime.

Depending on packaging requirements, the system supports two configurations:

Carton box packaging: A dedicated conveyor system aligns, fills, and moves boxes efficiently. Once filled, boxes are transferred to a roller conveyor for collection and palletising.

Polyethylene bag packaging: For smaller batches, the Microvert PRO vertical packaging machine ensures space-saving, secure packaging with maximum process control.
