The common counting sensor counts by photoelectric principle. An object outputs a signal through the sensing window. This type of sensor has the characteristics of high speed and high accuracy, with a response time of 1ms and an accuracy of up to φ1.5mm or less, there is no requirement for the material of objects, and it is applicable to metal, non-metal and liquid drops.
