Optical liquid level sensor

Optical liquid level sensor is a new type of liquid level switch based on infrared photoelectric principle. This series of sensors have no mechanical moving parts inside, and can be sealed with glue once, which can work stably and reliably for a long time. When used, the sensor can be installed horizontally or at the bottom and fixed directly on the wall of the liquid container. The product has only one sensor, and users can determine the location of measuring points according to their needs. This product is suitable for measuring the liquid level in water tanks, oil tanks and pressure vessels. All kinds of transparent or non-transparent liquids can be used.

This product is directly installed on the side wall of the container for use. First, the user processes a corresponding thread on the side wall of the container, such as M12, 3/8 '' NPT, G1/2, etc., and then screw the level switch onto the side wall of the container.

During installation, pay attention to installing a sealing rubber gasket between the container and the sensor for sealing. If it is difficult to process and install threaded holes on site, a matching threaded hole flange can be processed, the flange is welded on the side wall of the container, and then the level switch is screwed into the installation flange.
