At a customer's request, we designed a hybrid machine.
For greater versatility, it is possible to combine two technologies: machining and cutting in a single machine. Our machines can be configured with two independent Z axes.
It should be noted that this same machine features proprietary profiles, developed and designed in France (Albi), incorporating high-quality materials. This design guarantees durability over time and, above all, precision during machining operations, minimizing deformation and harmonic vibrations.
In addition, movement is ensured by a monorail linear guide with ground ball bearings. The guide rails are protected from dust and chips by a Teflon strip.
Our machines are designed to adapt to a wide range of applications, from 3D machining to flat cutting.
The standard equipment can be adapted with electrospindles ranging from 1kW to over 10kW. This wide power range provides the power needed for machining dense materials (solid wood, advanced composites) and the finesse required for custom designs in softer materials (LAB, certain plastics).
For flexible and semi-rigid materials (technical fabrics, leather, fiberglass), our machines can be equipped with a vibrating head. This head supports a wide range of knives with a useful stroke ranging from 0 mm to 110 mm, offering a complete solution for cutting various materials of varying thicknesses.
Our range allows for the machining or cutting of a wide array of materials, from the softest to the hardest, and of different thicknesses, making our machines a strategic asset for custom manufacturing, prototype production, and industrial mass production in sectors such as aeronautics, interior design, and composites.
