Big Turning Power in A Compact Setup – Lymco RAL12 Vertical Turning Center

Lymco''s RAL-12 vertical turning center is equipped with hydrostatic bearing design to provide a loading capacity of 9000 kg on a 1200mm (47”) diameter turning table. Operator can turn up to 1500 mm (59”) in part diameter and 1500 mm (59”) in height. With the pairing steel forged and precision grinded octagonal ram, the Lymco RAL-12 vertical turning center is capable of taking off 9 mm of material from a SC45 part on one side, which is equivalent to 18mm in chip removal rate on a rough cut.

For high accuracy requirements, the RAL-12 can be equipped with linear scales on the Z and X axis. Paired with Renishaw or Blum laser centering and tool measurement, the RAL-12 can produce good tolerance work piece.
