Shifting the capabilities of cutting tools as well as a pro-client approach directed to specific applications is MASAM’s priority. Based on these facts, we successfully manage to optimize and design production technology and suitable cutting tools for customers. As an example, we can show some optimizations, which consist of:

• Design of a combined tool e.g. drilling + reaming, etc.

• Replacement of a standard and commonly used solution with a special solution, where we design a tool with MASAM geometry - designed for specific conditions for the customer.
