This week we highlight our HermeSEAL® JSIR 350-4 emitter with reflector and Si ARC-window.

This emitter sets a new standard in infrared sources for NDIR gas analysis in medicine, industry, and aerospace.

The unique selling point of this emitter lies in the patented HermeSEAL® technology. Unlike conventional adhesive methods, filters are soldered directly to the housing. This hermetic sealing protects the sensitive infrared membrane from environmental influences and ensures a long service life. Only Micro-Hybrid can provide this technology.

-Time constant of 12.5 ms - enabling high modulation frequencies for precise and fast gas detection.

The emitter is optimized for a spectral range of 2.5 to 15.5 µm, making it ideal for NDIR gas concentration measurements. Combined with our MTS thermopile detectors or MPS pyroelectric detectors, it ensures maximum sensitivity and precise measurement results.
