OPS INGERSOLL - New GANTRY EAGLE 1400
Ideal machine concept with manifold application possibilities
Due to the high axis-travel-speed with EAGLE POWER JUMP and the generator technology EAGLE POWERTEC the machine can be used dynamically and efficient for big-mould-manufacturing as well as complex workpieces. This means that the increase of the efficiency
results in the optimum ratio of EDM to jump time. High jump speeds
up to 18 m/min. and the reduction of the application times up to 50% are now also possible with the new GANTRY EAGLE 1400.
As an option, the GANTRY EAGLE 1400 can also be offered in a “plus”-version with extended Z-travel.
The work-tank in that version is 1.510 x 2.590 x 1.015 mm with a maximum dielectric-height of 975 mm and a maximum open height of 300/1.200 mm.
