Deburring for inner intersection holes or groove of parts has always been a major problem for the automotive industry.
Currently, most common methods include high pressure water deburring, abrasive flow, electrochemical deburring, CNC+brush or chamfering knife, and the traditional way of manually processing. This machine applies Bernoulli's principle in modern fluid dynamics, by using Promax designed unique plunger pump to push fluid mixed with abrasive media flows into the work-pieces that held by special designed fixtures. Turbulence will be generated to act on the burr areas. By repeated process, the inside burrs at intersection holes will be removed and a uniform radius will also be created at the burr locations.
