It also can perform targeted processing on a certain part of a specific work-piece, so that difficult and concave surfaces can also achieve excellent surface quality. This product can be widely used in all industries with high requirements on deburring and grinding.
Promax Smart stream finishing machine has the world's fastest polishing technology. A few minutes of processing will reduce the roughness RA from 0.4 to 0.1 and Rpk from 0.2 to 0.1. With a special design, the material removal can be controlled within μm range.
Besides the Stream machine that targets complex parts, Promax also provides the other two solutions: Centrifugal polishing equipment that targets smaller and flatter work-pieces, and drag finishing machine that deals specifically with larger or heavier parts.
