The customer chose our S3300 biomass drying room. Biomass pellets as fuel, which saves operating costs and heats up quickly. Pure, pollution-free hot air dries materials evenly. Thermal efficiency above 95%.Temperature rises rapidly and can reach 150℃ with a special fan and multiple rows of finned tubes for heat dissipation, heat conversion efficiency over 80%, providingclean and pollution-free hot air. Orange peel strips: 5kg fresh orange peel can get 4kg dried orange peel

Orange peel slices: 2kg fresh orange peel can get 1kg dried orange peel

Drying capacity: 2 tons of orange peel

17-tray stacking drying carts, 11kg per tray

Drying time: 8 hours

Drying temperature: 50-55℃

Dehumidify, stop for 5 minutes, drain for 1 minute

The processing capacity of each batch is different, and the drying temperature and time are also different. Equipped with a PLC controller, it can accurately control temperature and humidity. There is no need to watch and turn over during the drying process. You can set the drying parameters with one button and wait for the drying to be completed.
