Western Flag mulberry dryer process:

4, the second stage is set to drying + dehumidification mode, the target humidity is 60%, the target temperature is set to 55 degrees.

5, three, four stage each stage rises 5 degrees, the target humidity drops 10%, so that the mulberry dryer constantly exhaust moisture.

6, four stage target humidity is set at about 15%. If conditions permit, you can consider at the end of the four stages, stop the machine to stand for a period of time and then re-drying, so that the water inside the dried mulberry fruit ooze out of the heat heated by the re-drying volatilisation, dried mulberry fruit shape better, while the overall energy efficiency is better.
