The drying of hanging noodles is different from the laying drying of dough noodles. Hanging noodles need to hang dry, and its drying process is also different. Specific reasons are as follows:

First, the drying temperature of the noodles should be between 25 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, because the wet noodles itself has a large water content, and the shape of the slender, need to undergo a slow warming and shaping and cooling process, drying time of 4-5 hours, so if the pre-temperature is too fast, it will need to lead to noodle breaks, and in addition to drying the temperature is too high, the speed is too fast will also lead to noodle breaks.

Second, the air duct design is unreasonable, such as the air duct design is unreasonable, the wind volume is not uniform, it will cause part of the noodles have been dried, and the other part of the noodles far from the wind drying is not timely, resulting in the end of the break due to gravity, and the front end of the wind is larger, there will be a break in the case.

Third, the noodles placed unreasonable, in general, in order to reduce the unevenness of the air volume of each position, the need to artificially control the hot air, such as preventing the baffle, reserved channels and so on. Such as noodles hanging and not reserved enough space for the flow of hot air, the same will lead to insufficient air volume, and the situation of broken noodles.

Therefore, the Western Flag heat pump dryer adopts a four-stage drying method to provide reasonable control of temperature and humidity.

Cold air to set the shape.

At this stage, the moisture in the wet noodles are free water, easy to remove by evaporation. This stage of the drying process is set at a lower temperature, no heating, strengthen the air flow to a large amount of dry air to promote the dehumidification of the noodles, so that the shape of the noodles is initially fixed to remove surface moisture, the drying temperature of about 26 ℃, the humidity is between 55-65%, the time is about 30 minutes;

Moisture preservation and sweating.

This stage is mainly moisture diffusion, strengthen the ventilation, the temperature rises gradually, not too "rush", to make the temperature form a gradient, while maintaining a certain humidity, time of about 40 minutes, the temperature is about 35 ℃, humidity in the 75 ~ 85%;

Temperature and humidity.

This stage through the moisture preservation and sweating stage needs to be further warming, appropriate reduction of humidity, so that the hanging noodles in the high temperature and low humidity in a timely manner to evaporate out of the state, the time is about 90 minutes, the drying temperature of 35 ~ 45 ℃, humidity at about 65%;

Cooling and heat dissipation.

Most of the water in this stage of the hanging noodles has been removed, the organisation is basically fixed. At this time, it is necessary to slowly reduce the humidity of the hanging noodles itself, and continue to remove a small part of the water to achieve the product water content requirements, time of about 90 minutes, the temperature is about 26 ~ 30 ℃, humidity is 55%. At the same time, in the drying room on the left and right sides and in the middle of the room to reserve enough space, do not place the material, to ensure that the air volume at the end of the air duct.
