1. Smoke Generator Short Description
Widely used in processing required smoking, such as meat, soy products, vegetable products, aquatic products, etc. Smoking is the process of using volatile substances generated by smoking(combustible) materials in an incomplete combustion state to smoke food or other stuffs.The purpose of smoking is not only to extend the storage period, but also to give products a special flavor, improve the quality and color of stuffs.
2. Components
This equipment consists of four parts: feeding system, smoke generation system, smoke exhaust system, and electrical control system.

This equipment is made of stainless steel and high-temperature resistant materials. It innovatively applies new heating materials to meet high-speed and efficient smoke generation, while also improving safety.
3. Specifications
The equipment is powered by 220V/50HZ and consists of the following specifications
Regarding smoking materials:
Use wood chips with a size of up to 8mm cubed and a thickness of 2~4mm.
Similar wood chips can also be used, but may produce small flames.
Sawdust or similar powdered materials cannot be used as smoke generation materials.
Smoke materials are shown in the following figure, No. 3 currently being the most suitable.
