4-Upright Hydraulic Deep Drawing Press
The 4-upright hydraulic deep drawing press, model MQM 300, is suitable for carrying out stamping, forming and deformation activities on sheet metal and materials in general.
The 4-upright hydraulic deep drawing press, model MQM 300, is suitable for carrying out stamping, forming and deformation activities on sheet metal and materials in general.
This pressing machine is characterised by its 4 fixed uprights which give absolute stability to the press frame and allow it to easily support even the heaviest efforts.
The press develops a compression power of 300 tons and has a 22 kW hydraulic power unit.
The hydraulic cylinder has a lowering speed of 75 mm/sec, a slowing down speed of 33 mm/sec and a working speed of 5 mm/sec.
The upper moving table slides along prismatic guides, which allow perfect parallelism during the pressing phases and a homogeneous distribution of the compression force.
Both the upper and lower work surfaces are equipped with T-slots for fixing the moulds.
The distance between the front columns is 1700mm, while the space between the side uprights is 1100mm.
The 4-upright hydraulic deep drawing press is equipped with front photoelectric barriers, which immediately block the movement of the upper table if an operator stands between its photocells.
Furthermore, this electro-hydraulic press for stamping is equipped with metal protection grids on the sides and rear. These grids can be opened to allow easy access to the work surface and are equipped with safety microswitches, which interrupt the pressing cycle if they are opened during the movement phases of the hydraulic cylinder.
