The hydraulic workshop press with sliding table, model PBM 70 M, is perfect for carrying out scaling and pin removal tasks.
This electro-hydraulic press develops a power of 70 tons and is equipped with a 1000 x 1300mm support bench. The work table is completely welded and milled on the surface and on it there is a large central hole for the disassembly of the pins or crankshafts.
The mobile bench slides along guides and can be blocked at any point of its travel by means of a pneumatic lock. The lock is activated by lifting or lowering a lever mounted on a column of the press.
The two-speed hydraulic power unit has a power of 1,5 kW.
The cylinder descent speed is 20 mm/sec, while the working speed is 2 mm/sec.
The hydraulic cylinder has a stroke of 500mm and a maximum distance between the piston and the table of 800mm, as requested by the customer.
The piston can be moved transversely from left to right by using a handwheel.
The upward and downward movement of the cylinder occurs through the simultaneous use of the lever and button.
The back of this hydraulic workshop press with sliding table is protected by a metal grill, which can be opened by the operator.
