Introduction

Landfill waste comes from MSW. With natural biodegradation of organic matter, landfill waste in anaerobic environment will produce toxic flammable gas such as hydrogen sulfide, and methane. Illegal landfill that without seepage prevention also has risk of contaminating soil and polluting groundwater problems.

Improper disposal of landfill waste can cause environmental pollution and resource waste, leading to many adverse consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to find suitable solutions to treat landfill waste.

JONO Enviro has extensive practical experience in landfill waste treatment, and the following is project is just one example among many.

Project Information

This project aims to deal with an illegal landfill in Wuxue, Hubei Province. The main purpose of this project is to reduce the amount of waste with daily processing capacity of 1000t.

Screening & Utilization Treatment Solution

In comparison to traditional in-situ landfill treatment and relocation disposal methods, JONO Enviro provides a mature screening and comprehensive utilization solution. After excavation, the waste is screened, and the various components are comprehensively utilized or disposed of harmlessly.

Save Transportation Cost

By accelerating the stabilization measures, the decomposition rate of organic matter in the waste is increased, and then the waste is sorted and reduced on site after excavation, reducing the amount of transportation, and saving the high transportation costs.

Processing Process

In this project, iron, magnetic metals, rocks, humus and combustibles in landfill waste are pre-sorted by mechanical treatment. Combustible materials enter cement kilns for coprocessing treatment, metal and stone are sold for reuse, and humus is used for soil remediation.
