Using nearly a century of technical know-how, Tsubaki has created a revolutionary chain design that requires no additional lubrication whatsoever. This is achieved through the addition of a solid lubricant between the pins and bushes, as well as special cylindrical bearings with self-lubricating functions between bushes and rollers.

AEBR Series features all of the hallmarks of Bearing Roller Conveyor Chain as well:

1. Reduces energy costs

Chain has 1/3 the running resistance of standard large size conveyor chain, so 1/3 the motor capacity is needed for less energy costs.

2. Suppresses stick-slipping during low speed operation.

3. Minimizes problems with poor roller rotation and reduces rail wear.
