Control valve for potable water

Furthermore, the dosing of constant volumes or the design of controlled fluidic paths can easily and smoothly be realized without water hammer by the linear motor. The valve is also an efficient and optimal solution for low flow rates without a complete shut off function. With a pressure range from 0 – 10 bar the valve is used e.g. in hot and cold vending machines, in cleaning equipment, in water treatment equipment as well as in washing machines or dishwashers.

The valve component is mainly characterized by a long term performance capability, a continuous operation and high operating safety by usage of high quality material and 100% final testing. The valve consists of a PA 66 plastic body (PPE or PEI on request), an EPDM membrane and a filter of stainless steel. A PTFE bellow separates the fluid from the stepper motor and the plunger completely. Concerning to the inlet and outlet there are different optional diameter and lengths available which are listed in the datasheet . Also the strand lengths according to the demand of the system is replaceable on request.
