New industrial coding solutions presented at Interpack now available
United Barcode Systems expands its portfolio with new solutions aimed at improving identification at all packaging levels. The equipment presented at Interpack is now available to respond to the new demands for traceability, code quality and line eff
Traceability and code quality are becoming increasingly important to ensure reliable identification throughout the supply chain. At United Barcode Systems, we presented at Interpack new coding solutions for primary, secondary and tertiary products.
In a context marked by the evolution towards 2D codes and international standards such as GS1 Sunrise 2027, companies need systems capable of printing variable information with high quality, precision and readability. This change is driving the adoption of technologies prepared to manage more data and improve traceability from the product to the logistic unit.
With this objective, at UBS we are expanding our portfolio with solutions adapted to different identification levels. The new TJXe Series is designed for primary product coding, allowing dates, batches, barcodes and 2D codes to be printed with high quality on demanding production lines. Its compact design and ease of integration make it a suitable solution for lines that require flexibility, frequent format changes and precise coding on different types of packaging.
For secondary product coding, we present APLINK LRX, a high-resolution inkjet printing solution designed to mark directly on boxes and packaging. Its flexibility, low maintenance and optimized ink consumption allow reliable and efficient coding to be obtained on different types of surfaces, adapting to the needs of demanding production lines.
In addition, integration with software solutions such as UBS LABMAN facilitates the centralized management of data and equipment, reducing manual errors and ensuring the consistency of the information printed at each stage of the process.
The transition towards 2D codes and new traceability standards is already underway.
